静岡： くのわき親水キャンプ！

こんにちは皆様!　Greetings everyone! 今日は風邪のせいで剣道部に行けませんから、ちょっと暇になってきたので最近のことをお知らせします。Today, due to my cold, I was unable to go to Kendo Club, so since my time has become somewhat freed up, i will tell you a little bit about recent events in my life. First during Golden week, My host family and five families of their friends (including Takanorikun) and Ollie and I went to Kunowakioyamizu Campground in Shizuoka Prefecture.
まず、Golden Weekに北川さんたちと中島さんたちと馬場さんたちと高橋さんたちと辻本さんたちと志水貴紀くんとオリーさんと私が静岡県のくのわき親水キャンプ場に行きました。A good time was had by all. 皆さんが楽しめたと思います。たくさんゲームしたり、リラックスしたり、しゃべったり、しました。We played lots of games, relaxed, and chatted.そして、ニ番目日に川に架かる橋を渡して汽車を乗りました。その歩道橋も細くて爽快（そうかい）だし、汽車から見える景色も本当に立派でした。On the second day we crossed the river on a rickety footbridge and went to ride a steam engine. The bridge was narrow and exhilarating, and the scenery we saw from the train was great.
子供が８人もいましたから、食欲の大きさの平均は結構アップしました。もちろん、僕もオリーさんも食べるのを手伝いました。There were 8 kids there, so of course, appetites were running high. Ollie and I helped eat a little of the food too (笑）. でも親切なホストたちお蔭様で、饗宴（きょうえん）がいつでもありました。However, due to our kind hosts, there was never lack of a feast.
別のことを語りたいんですが許していただければ続けます。There was another thing I wanted to relate, if you will permit me. 先日、アメリカというレンタルから帰ってきていた途中で美術館を巡り合いました。The other day, I was returning home from the video rental store America, and I came upon an art museum. もしかしたらもうご存知かもしれません：アピタの近くの名都美術館という場所です。Maybe you already know it: the Meito Art Museum near Apita department store. その前一回に外大で美術史の授業に行ってみました。Before that, I had gone to the first lecture of an art history class at NUFS. 結局、その授業を受けませんでしたが、先生の話によれば、アピタの近くに展覧会があったそうです。I didn't end up taking the class, but the teacher had mentioned something about an exhibition near Apita. 美術館を見るとあっ、この美術館だね。今にも展覧会があるかもしれないと思いました。When I saw the museum, i thought to myself, this must be where that exhibition was! Maybe it is still going on. 展覧会の日にちを知るために看板を見ている最中に二人他人があそこから出てきました。 Just as i was looking at the message board to see when the dates were, to strangers came out of the building. 僕を見てその二人がちょっと相談して突然僕にチケット二枚をくれました!びっくりしながら『ありがとう』と吃りました（どもりました）。(ところで、振り仮名は僕の読むためです。） The the two strangers looked at me, discussed something for a second, and then all of the sudden gave me two tickets to the exhibition. しかも、その人たちに「今日は展覧会の最後の日だ」といってもらいました。Not only that, but they told me that that day was the last for the exhibition. それで入って様々な偉い絵を見ました。And so i went in and saw various great works of art. 歌川国芳、広重、北斎などの創造が出ていました。They had the works of Kuniyoshi Utagawa, Hiroshige, Hokusai, etc, etc. 本当にすごいでした。このページ二つにいらっしゃると、拝見した絵をご覧にらることができます。
